When was the last time you saw Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan together on screen, even though not in the same frame? Can’t recall! Don’t sweat, for you might see them soon when Salman’s Ek Tha Tiger releases.
Buzz is that Yash Raj Films plans to release the trailer of the Shahrukh Khan-Katrina Kaif starrer being directed by Yash Chopra along with Salman-Katrina starrer Ek Tha Tiger on Eid, August 13.
YRF is known to push their films by attaching the promos of upcoming films with their new releases but this time it would be a Shahrukh Khan-starrer piggybacking on the frenzy that Salman Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger has kicked up among the fans.
We’re not sure how Shahrukh Khan will react to this arrangement, but since the banner YRF is calling the shots, the superstar has little choice but to play down the awkward rub with his arch rival on the big screen.
So this could be the first time when the Shahrukh Khan loyalists might buy a ticket to watch Salman Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger just to catch the trailer of the SRK-Katrina starrer.
As for YRF, it is a win-win situation. |
