The Preity Zinta
–Ness Wadia fight has taken an ugly turn. The Marine Drive police are
in charge of a CCTV coverage which shows that Ness Wadia abused a
legendary cricketer's teenage son at the Garware Pavilion in Wankhede
stadium.
However the police have turned hostile and refused to identify the cricketer's son. They are said to be apprehensive about making an underage boy a witness in this case. However they have acquired nine and half hours of footage from the Wankhede Stadium where the alleged molestation incident took place. Earlier, it was Mumbai's glitterati who had refused to take sides in the matter, but now it seems even the police wants to stay away from controversy by naming individuals belonging to Mumbai's prominent families.
So far the only celebs who have spoken in favour of Preity Zinta are her co-stars Salman Khan and Saif Ali Khan, and film-maker Mahesh Bhatt. It is yet to be seen how this latest development takes shape.
